By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), our Privacy Policy available at https://newyearmegalottery.marketing and any other applicable program terms, including but not limited to those set forth in any applicable Marketer Referral Program, Distributor Referral or other program terms as may be set out, and the terms of the referral platform provider.

New Year Mega Lottery Marketing promoter may modify these Terms or the Referral Program (including commission and discount amounts) at any time, in its sole discretion, without prior notice to you. Your continued participation in the Referral Program following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before applying to or participating in our Referral Program. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not participate in the Referral Program.

DEFINATIONS

• “Affiliate” means an individual who is not a Marketer yet but has submitted an application at https://newyearmegalottery.marketing and has been accepted into the Referral Program. The Referrals Program enables eligible Referrers to earn a commission for referring new Marketers using referrals link and distributors using promo codes
• “Referral Program” is defined as the program that enables Referrers to earn commissions from New Year Mega Lottery for new member referrals.
•  “Eligible Prospect” is an individual who (i) is not or has not been a Register Marketer as a Referrers, (ii) has not previously completed or visit our website for registration, and (iii) meets New Year Mega Lottery Marketing qualification criteria to own a unique promo codes and Referrals link.
• “Participant” is an individual who has registered and been accepted into the Referral Program by New Year Mega Lottery Marketing Promoter and provided with a Share Link and Promo Code.
• “Promo Code” is the unique alphanumeric sequence assigned to Participant and used by Eligible Prospects to receive a Referrals Rewards and earn Participant a commission.
• “Referral Link” is the unique URL assigned to Participant that directs prospects to the New Year Mega Lottery Marketing promoter claimed Referrals Reward which, when submitted, will credit Participant for referring an Eligible Prospective Marketer.“ PROMOTER”:  New Year Mega Lottery Ltd, Abuja Nigeria

1. Introduction

a. By participating in the New Year Mega Lottery Ltd Pay Referral Promotion (the “Promotion”), either as a Referrer or a Referee (as defined in section 4), you are accepting these terms and conditions (the "Terms") and agreeing to the Promoter contacting you about the Promotion via email and app notifications.

b. You must be aged 18 Years and above to participate in the referral promo codes/Links. 

c. You must not be a resident of Nigeria to participate in the referral promo codes/Link, but must have internet access on a compatible device and to accept payment in naira as described in section 9.

d. The company reserves the right to stop you from entering this referral promo codes if you are already enrolled on the platform one account for individual marketers.

2. Promotion Period 

a. Subject to the availability of Referral Rewards.

b. The Company reserves the right to end the referral promo codes early if it has given away all the Referral Rewards. The Company will send you a notification if it ends the referral promo codes early. 

c. For any given user, the referral promo codes will end upon the completion of the promotional phase as may be determine by the Company.

3. Referral Rewards

a. A “Referral Reward” consists of a designated credit amount on every marketer referrals as well as on every distributor refers and must subscribed according to packages available such as Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze to receive Referrals reward See sections 7 and 8 on how to save and redeem a Referral Reward.

b. Referral Rewards are strictly subject to meeting these T&C’S and availability.

c. Referral Rewards are non-transferable, non-negotiable every Referrer reward are paid in full to the account provided.

4. Referrer and Referee Eligibility

a. Referrers. “Referrers” are those who: (i) have installed and register on our app (users with the) (ii.) have carried (or carry out) a Qualifying Payment (as defined in section 6) either before or during the Promotion Period; and (iii.) provide their Code (as defined in section 5) to Referees during the Promotion Period.

b. Referees. “Referees” are unique users who: (i.) has been refers to use New Year Mega Lottery promo codes to register as a marketer (ii) have never carried out a Qualifying Payment (as defined in section 6) using New Year Mega Lottery Marketing Platform.

c. Referrers and Referees must be register on the New Year Mega Lottery website with the referee showing under the referral dashboard to Qualify for Payments of a Referral Reward.

5. The Promotion

a. Referrers. Subject to these Terms:

i. Each Referrer will be provided with a unique referral code (a “Code”), which they can share with Referees. Referrers must share their Code with Referees during Promotion Period, and must use the promo Code to register as a marketer.

ii. Subject to subsections (iii) and (iv) below, if Referee correctly follows the steps set out in section 5(b), both the Referee and their Referrer will receive a Referral Reward.

iii. Referrers will only receive a Referral Reward if they have fulfilled all the Referral obligation set out.

iv. Subject to availability, each Referrer can receive as many Referral Rewards as possible, provided the Referees correctly follow the steps set out in section 5(b).

v. Referees can only use Referrers Promo Codes if they are new users i.e. prospective marketer

b. Referees. Subject to these Terms:

1. Upon receiving a Code from the Referrer, the Referee must register under the referrer that refers him/her and apply the Code during the Promotion Period.
2. If a Code is incorrectly applied or is applied outside the Promotion Period, neither the Referee nor their Referrer will receive a Referral Reward.
3. After a Referee has correctly applied a Promo Code, if the Referee register within the time stipulated and correctly applying the Promo Code, the Referrer will receive his/her Referral Reward.
4. If a Referee applies a Promo code from a Referrer who has already earned Referral Rewards, the Referee will only receive a Referral Reward if he/she refers any marketer using his own promo code which is subject to approval.

7. Delivery of and saving Referral Rewards

a. If you are eligible for a Referral Reward, you will receive a notification.

b. Referrers will receive their Referral Reward once the Promoter has performed necessary risk and abuse checks. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel any Referral Reward without notice if it believes you have engaged in any fraud or have abused the Promotion.

8. Redemption of Referral Rewards

a. You must have fill your account information on the section provided on the website order to redeem your Referral Reward.

b. Referral Rewards are subject to the number of Marketers refers and that got register using referrers promo code.

 c. You must redeem your Referral Reward in accordance with its terms and conditions, including (but not limited to) any end date by which your Referral Reward must be redeemed.

9. Other important information

a. The Promoter may (a) deem that Referrals Reward will not be paid if there is fraud to cheat the system is discovered; (b) stop you from participating in the Promotion or claiming a Referral Reward; (c) revoke any Referral Rewards; (d) block you from participating in future promotional activities; and/or (e) suspend your account, in each case if it considers, in its reasonable opinion, that you are acting contrary to these Terms, the spirit of these Terms and/or that you are unfairly taking advantage of or are abusing the Promotion in any way. This includes but is not limited to (i) using New Year Mega Lottery promo code to defraud; (ii) creating multiple accounts; (iii) providing false information during sign up; and (iv) providing any Codes publicly that does not conform to the company promo codes on social media, on websites, search engines or via any form of mass distribution.

b. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the Promotion or from your enjoyment of a Referral Reward.

c. The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate a promo Code for use by Referees after a Referrer has received all Referral Rewards available to him/her as set out in section 5(a)(iv).

d. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, change or replace the Promotion (including the alteration of a Referral Reward) due to:

1. any reason outside of its reasonable control; and/or
2. the technical operation of software for any reason operating in a way that is materially different to the purpose of the Promotion, including by distributing more Referral Rewards than the number of available Referral Rewards.

e. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Nigeria law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigeria court of law.

f. We may amend or terminate this Referral Program at any time at our discretion and no new referral amount will be credited after we terminate this Referral Program. An already credited referral amount is only valid for a limited amount of time and expires after 12 months.
